FUNDECC – Fundação de Desenvolvimento Científico e Cultural
The FUNDECC – Foundation for Scientific and Cultural Development, responsible for the administrative and financial management of scientific, academic, technical, and institutional events, hereby establishes this Registration, Cancellation, Refund, and Privacy Policy to regulate the use of the online registration system made available for events under its management.
By registering for any event managed by FUNDECC, the participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth below.
1. REGISTRATION AND PAYMENTS
1.1. Registration must be completed exclusively via the electronic system available on the event's official website.
1.2. Registration will be confirmed only after the payment has been identified and cleared by the relevant financial institution or payment processor.
1.3. Available payment methods may include:
Credit card;
PIX;
Bank slip (boleto);
PayPal.
1.4. Participants are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration, including full name, CPF (Individual Taxpayer ID), email, telephone number, and any other requested data.
1.5. FUNDECC is not liable for registrations that are not completed due to:
Internet connection failures;
Issues with the bank or payment processor;
Incorrectly entered data;
Temporary system unavailability;
Failure of the payment to clear.
2. SERVICE DELIVERY AND TIMEFRAMES
2.1. Upon payment confirmation, the participant will receive:
Proof of registration;
Email confirmation;
Additional information regarding the event, where applicable.
2.2. Access to the event, digital materials, certificates, broadcast links, or accreditation will follow the schedule announced by the event organizers.
2.3. Certificates may be made available within 30 (thirty) days after the event concludes, unless a different timeframe is stated on the official event page.
2.4. For in-person events, accreditation will take place at the times and locations previously announced by the organizers.
2.5. For online or hybrid events, access links will be sent to the email address registered by the participant, in accordance with the timeframe established by the event coordinators.
