CPF (Individual Taxpayer Registry number);

Email address;

Telephone number;

Affiliated institution;

City/State;

Data required for the issuance of certificates and tax documents, as well as for administrative purposes.

Use of image

By participating in the event, the participant grants permission, free of charge, for the use of their image, voice, and name in photographs, videos, and institutional materials related to the event for academic, institutional, and promotional purposes.

If the participant does not consent to the use of their image, they must formally notify the organizers prior to the start of the event.

FUNDECC may update this policy at any time; the current version will always be available on the event's official website.

Any matters not covered herein will be reviewed by the event coordination team and FUNDECC administration.

Use of the registration platform constitutes full agreement with these terms.
