* Note that anyone who apply Early Bird must complete payment before the ending day of the Early Bird registration period (January 20, 2027). If they don’t, their registration will be cancelled, and they will have to reapply the registration with regular fees.

* ISHS members must indicate their ISHS membership number at the time of registration, and the ISHS membership list will be checked before registration is finalized.

​

** The "Student" category is for students at the time of registration. Applicants who register as "Student" must prove their student status on the day of registration, at the start of the event.

  • Access for digital program and abstracts

  • Access to the ISRTB2027 Acta Horticulturae proceedings in the e-Acta format

  • Certificate of attendance

  • Opportunities for up to one oral and one poster presentation

  • Entry for exhibition zone

  • Welcome cocktail,

  • Lunch and coffee/tea break for June. 22, 23 and 25

  • Samba and drinks, 

  • Opportunity for optional cultural experience tours for accompanying person (additional application and payment is required)

One-day

  • Entry for exhibition zone

  • The participant will be entitled to lunch and coffee on the day they register for the event.

  • Additional registration and payment will be required for visit to a large production area of roots, tubers, and bulbs on June, 24 and Gala Dinner on June, 25.

NOTE:  Accompanying person is not given an opportunity for oral or poster presentation.

​

The following items are NOT included in the registration fee. Delegates need to apply for them in addition to registration for the congress.
